We had a fab staycation in Charlotte! The room was super cozy with a stunning city view, and those marble floors were to die for. The staff were so friendly, making us feel right at home. Dinner at the lounge was great too. Just wish breakfast had more options to choose from.

Our stay felt like pure luxury! The espresso machine was a game changer, and the happy hour in the cozy library bar was a nice touch. The well-appointed room made us feel fancy, and the quick room service for late-night snacks was fantastic.

I absolutely loved the beautiful, well-finished hotel and how close it was to amazing landmarks like the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art and BB and T Park, both just a short walk away, making it easy for me to enjoy leisurely strolls through the city and take in the vibrant atmosphere. if you’re looking for a weekend getaway that centers you in the heart of the action, this place is a great choice for exploring.

I had an very nice experience staying for one night. The room was great with a comfy bed and a fine city view. Plus, I really enjoyed that complimentary wine and cheese happy hour in the cozy lounge, it felt like a little VIP treatment. It was a nice touch after a long day.

The location is quite convenient, but the lack of nearby shops was disappointing. While the room was comfortable, issues like a chocolate stain on the pillow and a very firm bed affected our experience. Consider this place for a short stay, but be prepared for limited amenities and parking.

The homemade yogurt at breakfast? Absolutely divine! Plus, the quick room service was a lifesaver after a long day. David at the front desk really made us feel welcome, and the location? Right in the heart of Charlotte's dining scene with spots like Mert's Heart & Soul and Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen just a hop away.

Valet parking can get tricky due to the location, but the team handles it well. The room's lighting control is overly centralized with just one switch, limiting customization. A few other inconveniences include the lack of breakfast cards and an overdue repair in the shower, which was leaking. On top of that, during a late checkout discussion, the communication felt inconsistent, leading to some confusion.

However, the room I reserved didn’t meet expectations as it lacked a tub, which was a key feature for the occasion. On a positive note, the fruit juice offered was refreshing and enjoyable.
